TERRIFIC TERRY DEARY
Terry Deary is a British children´s author. He was born in 1946 in Sunderland, England. He is one of Britain´s best-selling authors and was voted Outstanding Children´s Non-Fiction Author of the 20th century. He is famous among childdren and adults for being the main author of the "Horrible Histories" series of books. Terry Deary is nowadays retired from writing  and lives in Burnhope, County Durham, England.

    Yes, we know this because the spanish to see the temple all full of gold to the gardens, the Incas were surprised and they saw it as sometihing natural in Spanish change for what was to come to Spain and be rich.

    No, because they were only interested in stealing the gold of the temple and go to Spain with him.

    The temple was covered with gold sunglasses all walls, the gardens... Around the houses also had some gold but the temple even had to precious stones,plates,..

    is one of the conquistadors who arrived in Cuzco. he writes everything he saw about the Incas, and describes his sun temple in the Chronicle of Peru.

    2. Were the Spanish conquistadors surprised when they saw the Incan temple? How do we know?
    yes, were the Spanish conquistadors who were surprised. We know it because the writer says they stole all the gold of the temple

    3. Do you think the conquistadors were really interested in Incan art? Explain your answer.
    In my opinion, the conquistadors were wanted to take all the riches Incas, to form an empire as powerful as the Inca empire.

    the temple was surrounded with materials like gold, within the temple had 4 houses that weren´t very big but they were also surrounded with gold. There was a garden and in one of the houses had a figure dedicated to the sun.

    Yes, because Pedro de Cieza de Leon said that anyone will believe him if he told that story, and also because a temple made of gold surprise everyone.

    Basically not, because they wanted the gold, silver and emeralds of the temple, but they were also surprised by Incan’s architecture, so maybe they were a little bit interested, but they preferred to melt the gold and carry it to Spain.

    There were four houses in the temple, not very large, but recovered with gold.
    The walls were also recovered with gold, inside and outside, and there were many doors (also recovered with gold). Inside the temple was the same thing, all was recovered or made of gold, twenty llamas were also inside, and there were a lot of golden statues. (sorry for the 5 lines)
